I'm 5'2 and about 145 pounds. My goal is, weight about 115-120. I'm in my early 20s. I'm a vegetarian for years and recently I have searched in the vegan diet for weight loss and as a lifestyle. I have created a menu plan for me for this week. She is thinking it, everything on it vegan, and large portions. Excuse my funny names for things. The chocolate crackers are vegan raw food.
Monday: (6 different meals slashes indicate new meal) Fruit Salad / nuts and some carrots / quinoa, remaining carrots / Vegan Fruit Smoothie / quinoa, salad / Coconut yoghurt with muesli
Tuesday: Cereal with agave and sugar free soy milk with fruit / carrots and pineapple / 2 veggie dogs with jicama / Trail Mix / Veggie Turkey, and quinoa salad / fruit
Wed: smoothie, veggie patties or chocolate biscuits and nuts / Quinoa with Kale Chips / Vegetables / Frozen dinners with salad / Coconut yoghurt with muesli
Thu: fruit salad with fake patties carrots and apples / Veg. Chicken w / ketchup and cauliflower / Trail Mix / rice with beans and meat veggie / fruit salad
Friday: Cereal with soy milk, agave and sugar free / Trail Mix / Boca Burger w / cheese with ketchup and fake jicama / fruit with yogurt-milk-free / veggie turkey and vegetable / Chocolate Crackers
Sat: fruit salad with fake patties / smoothie Vegan / vegetarian fake meat and cheese / veggie mix / Vegan Indian food / fruit salad
Sun: Cereal with agave and sugar free soy milk with fruit / Vegan smoothie / lentil soup and salad / nuts or fruit and vegetarian / vegan Leftover Indian food / Coconut yogurt with granola
Anyway, Thats my diet 3-4 days plus 30 minutes cardio and wieght lifting. I'm going vegan for a month and evaluate how I feel about it. How does it look like this food? What are your experiences as a vegan? Thank you!

Hi there! Becoming Vegan will definately help you in many ways…
After discovering what substantial cruelty animals suffer I became vegan for ethical reasons… By doing so I lost about 18 pounds in 7 months and I wasn’t even trying particulaly to lose weight so this was just a major bonus! If I were you I would research the health aspects of becoming vegan and also the ethical and environmental, start with a film called ‘a delicate balance’ which can be watched online if you type in the film title in google you’ll find it very easily… This film is all about how animal protein effects our bodies. Consuming animal protein is actually the biggest cause of cancers, high cholestorol, heart disease etc the list goes on…
Becoming Vegan has been the best and surprisingly easiest thing to do and I would never ever go back to eating flesh, chicken periods or drinking cows lactation secretions… I feel so alive and fit and healthy and completely guilt free as I know I’m living a compassionate happy healthful lifestyle!
