I hate chips and i only eat indian food :P delicious
I’m aussie but my mum and dad are indian
PS im only 9 and i used to weigh 40 kg now IM 36 ONLY IN 1 MONTH!!!!!!!

@sumfight Is the “Down the stairs” video when you were bigger, or do you maybe have another video where you were bigger, mjus tryin to judge the amount of weight. Thanks

@holypaladinpewpew if ur not big now then ur on the right track, but i learned that its healthy to eat well three times a day, then if u get hungry in between a meal, eat a nutritional, whole grain bar or a fruit, maybe with some lowfat yogart. and never eat nonfat yogart, the sodium intake is way too high.

@UnleashedPitz if u dont like it, then go shit on someone elses parade, he’s tryin to be positive no one wants to hear your negative shit. and if u didnt need any help with losin weight then you wouldnt have checked ithe video out, so maybe you need to take his advice, and if ur not then maybe you can jus shut your mouth and maybe that’ll help myou lose weight.

This really simple, I have been wanting DDR, loving the idea. I was on the LA Weightloss Plan and wanted to get back on it, but it does cost a lot of money to get all organic foods, but it was a good tip, thanks. Now I gotta go out and get DDR. Thanks.

@holypaladinpewpew i think its better to eat 3 times a day. Calculate your calorie intake and try breaking them up to at best 5-7 meals a day. Your stomach will constantly be digesting without actually being overloaded.

@mikaririshow That’s true, but you don’t have to sacrifice so much… you could eat as much vegetables as you want. Ingredients, in my opinion, are the most important thing to watch out for.

@angle021 It is. It takes longer for some one who is obese, but at the beginning it’s really the hardest, and then it gets really really easy. Then at the end it usually starts getting harder, because the thinner you get, the less you have to eat to stay thin.
